  My iPhone 6 met an untimely death after I left it on the hood of my car. Needless to say, Cynthia went above and beyond getting not only myself, but also my husband, new phones. Fortunately, both our phones were already due for an upgrade. She was patient with my nerves regarding such a large purchase, explaining each cost to me. She made sure there were no hidden fees, and made sure that we got a deal.
  The only issue I had was actually with the regional manager who happened to be there at the time, Paul. He was rather rude to the store manager. We could overhear them in the back. He was also kinda rude to the customers, not bothering to say hello or anything. It was as if he didn't care that customers were in the store.
